one you do before.

difficulties that you think they are going to meet you while you are in your
way to achieve your desired goals, and the solutions to them.
No 9, clean up your past, and face
your fear. If you have failed to loose
overweight before, then these failure is going to develop within you a certain
feeling of fear to go on in the same way again, put in front of your eyes the
fact that so many of the greatest people have suffered from failing too many
times before achieving their desired goals.
N 10, do not forbid something you really
would like, for example, when you like a chocolate cake take some and not eat
it all.
No 11, be so serious and
responsible in going on your time table, and be patient, go step by step, be
self confident, and above all do not give up.
Thomas Edison said: lots of failure cases were of people who do not know
how near they were to their goals.
