How can I start my plan to burn fat?

The first step is always difficult, and each one of us needs a pushing strength in the beginning of any project or a plan of work.  Start now the first step to get rid of excess weight and a consistent body and do not hesitate to.

No. 1, you should specify exactly what, and you must deeply believe that you certainly will achieve your goal.

No. 2, your goal should be realistic and realizable, for example, if you decide to burn 500 to 1,000 calories by doing some exercises and by going on a certain diet each day, not to say I will need to get off 10 kilos in two weeks, otherwise, you will do a lot of efforts, will feel bored, and will never finish what you started.

No. 3 take your decision now, and get off the phrase: I will do later, do not be afraid from the beginning, get nearer to your desired goal even by 10 cm, if it is far from you by 10 kilometres.

No. 4, sit down in front of a white paper and a pen, there, everything starts, write down your goals, and the plan you must follow to do so, make them in order according to there priority, for example, to start by focussing on the walking 10 minutes every day and then try to concentrate on eating healthy foods, then you inscribe yourself in a sport club, last, you try to do belly training at home, and so on and so far….

No. 5, do not compare yourself with the others, because every body has its own way to appear, not all of our bodies are the same, for example, the doctors say that men burn fat faster than women.

No. 7, determine a time table to each one of your goals, and that time table must be built on realistic basics and going hand in hand with your capacities and power.  Do not perform many types of physical exercises in one day, and do not move to the next exercise until you finish the one you do before.

No 8, study and note down the difficulties that you think they are going to meet you while you are in your way to achieve your desired goals, and the solutions to them.

No 9, clean up your past, and face your fear.  If you have failed to loose overweight before, then these failure is going to develop within you a certain feeling of fear to go on in the same way again, put in front of your eyes the fact that so many of the greatest people have suffered from failing too many times before achieving their desired goals.

N 10, do not forbid something you really would like, for example, when you like a chocolate cake take some and not eat it all.

No 11, be so serious and responsible in going on your time table, and be patient, go step by step, be self confident, and above all do not give up.  Thomas Edison said: lots of failure cases were of people who do not know how near they were to their goals.

No 12. try to valuate your desired goals, and your working plan must be changeable in need.

    I agree with you in everything you said,
    an over-weight person really need a very strong willing and a very insisting desire to overpass this serious problem.
